Banking - the consistent Hell
Called bank because the three emails I sent them yesterday have gotten no response. While on hold my phone card ran out of minutes so I was disconnected before reaching anyone that could answer any questions.
More emails sent. Transferring funds from my savings account to my credit card within the same bank has been an impossible task since last October. Hours and hours spent trying to pay my own credit card bill... and no help from the bank. Apparently this is a difficult task.
Huge international bank... and they suck.
... and now client asking me why I haven't finished there task yet. Should I tell them it's because my bank can't handle making a payment to their own credit card? Would anyone believe me?
